Dr. Ally is Originally from South Africa, where he completed his primary medical degree (MBBS). He completed his family medicine board in 2013, and he has extensive experience in emergency medicine. Dr. Ally is passionate about sports and a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition & Lifestyle modification is his primary prescription. He’s looking to complete his certificate in metabolic medicine with a focus on obesity and diabetes management. He’s an excellent husband, father and social worker in his personal life. 

She’s a Graduate of the University of Calgary Cumming School of Medicine. She completed her undergraduate and medical school at the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Arif believes that the most important aspects of family medicine are patient-centred care and focus on preventative medicine rather than treatment. She’s interested in Women’s health and wants to make that an important part of her practice. She’s planning to start aesthetic practice with Staywell Medical Clinic. In her personal life, she’s a caring mother, lovable daughter and excellent wife who lives a spiritual, healthy and happy life.

Dr. Emonena (Charles) Orhadje was born in Delta State, Nigeria. He grew up in a home where discipline and education were imparted by his parents. After completing his studies at the University of Benin in Nigeria, he graduated as a medical doctor. He is married and has two children. After graduation, he worked as a general practitioner for almost 5 years. In 2006, he moved to Saint Lucia with his family. During his time there, he worked as a general practitioner and emergency physician. He gained valuable experience in emergency medicine. In 2010, he immigrated with his family to Calgary, Alberta. He successfully completed the SIPPA program and obtained a provincial license to practice in Saskatchewan. In 2013, he was assigned to Tisdale, a small rural community where he practiced family medicine for 5 years. In June 2018, he completed the final assessment and received his license to practice in Alberta. That same year, he joined the Medicentres team, initially as a locum physician. He later became a family physician.  Dr. Emonena has been a practicing physician for over 20 years. He enjoys putting his patients at ease during consultations by using humour and involving them in the decision-making process. When not working, Dr. Emonena enjoys cooking, playing music, and hanging out with friends. His primary focus is on mental health, Men’s health and family medicine.
